We have a 5,000 square foot Warehouse in Lake Park and a 1,500 square foot Showroom in West Palm Beach, and we are always looking for talent at both locations.

The Retail and Sales Operations Associate leads the day-to-day operations on the Warehouse floor, from guiding customers and closing sales to keeping daily operations running smoothly, including our nationwide shipping operations and online customer service needs. This role is the heartbeat of the shop, part salesperson, part problem-solver, and part champion of the Palm Beach Regency experience.
Part-Time / Showroom Location
The Showroom Sales Associate brings Palm Beach Regency's second location to life from thoughtfully styling every vignette, curating our selection of unique gifts, and managing our many community events. This role blends a keen design eye with sales and event experience to ensure the Showroom always feels fresh, curated, and true to our brand.
Part-Time / Warehouse Location
The Warehouse Retail Associate keeps the front and back-of-house running smoothly, receiving and prepping new inventory for the website, organizing pieces for the shop floor, and communicating with clients throughout the sales process. This role is essential to Palm Beach Regency's flow, bridging the gap between our sourcing and the sales floor.

The Retail and E-Commerce Associate captures and edits every piece in its best light, then brings it to our online shop through polished website listings. This role ensures our online presence is just as curated and inviting as the in-store shopping experience.

The Social Media and Marketing Associate brings Palm Beach Regency's brand to life online, creating and posting photos, videos, and captions that capture our vintage finds and Old Florida charm. This role is our storyteller, turning every new piece and shop moments into content our audience loves.

The Seasonal Intern gets hands-on experience across every corner of Palm Beach Regency, from sales and marketing to special projects to support daily operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the vintage retail business from the ground up, all while being part of our close-knit team.
