SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Palm Beach Regency provides shipping and local delivery services in Florida, across the United States and internationally. Shipping and delivery costs are not included in product pricing.

SHIPPING QUOTES

Palm Beach Regency can get you a shipping quote on pieces at any time, usually within 24 hours. We request that you email us stock numbers, which are on the website, for items you’re interested in along with a best contact, phone number and the delivery address, including zip code to hello@palmbeachregency.com.

LOCAL PICK-UP

In most instances, pieces purchased locally are available for pick-up from our shop immediately. Pick up hours are the same as shop hours: Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturdays from 11am to 4pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays for pick-up.

Please be aware that Palm Beach Regency cannot ensure loading or unloading assistance of large items into personal vehicles.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Palm Beach Regency can provide local delivery in the Palm Beach and surrounding areas through third party white glove delivery services.

White glove delivery service providers pick-up and pack items at Palm Beach Regency and then deliver to the client’s designated location. Prior to pick-up at Palm Beach Regency, the delivery driver will contact the client directly to work out a specific delivery date and window. The third-party service provider is paid directly upon delivery by the client, meaning delivery is not charged at the time of purchase.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the delivery provider at the time of pickup from our shop.

LONG DISTANCE SHIPPING

All shipping is handled on behalf of Palm Beach Regency by third party white glove delivery services via uShip, a shipping marketplace that operates as a bidding platform.

Delivery time to most locations within the United States is about two weeks to a month dependent upon order date and schedule of third-party delivery
services.

White glove delivery service providers pick-up and pack items at Palm Beach Regency and then deliver to the client’s designated location. Upon pick-up at Palm Beach Regency, the delivery driver will contact the client directly to work out a specific delivery date and window.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the delivery provider at the time of pickup from our shop.

Palm Beach Regency will invoice the client directly upon confirmation of the delivery estimate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Palm Beach Regency can provide you with an international shipping quote for pieces via a third-party company prior to purchase.

Freight delivery service providers pick-up at Palm Beach Regency then pack and ship out freight to curb. The client will need to open the boxes and bring them inside. All details and paperwork for international shipments are handled by the third-party company.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the delivery provider at the time of pickup from our shop.

For international shipping only, the third-party service provider is paid directly upon delivery by the client, meaning delivery is not charged at the time of purchase.

PICK-UP POLICY AND ADDITIONAL FEES

Purchased items left at Palm Beach Regency over fourteen business days will be assessed a daily storage fee of $10 per item per day, billable upon pick-up. Items left over 30 calendar days will become the property of Palm Beach Regency, with no credits or refunds issued. Clients take responsibility for the item condition at the point of pick-up.

STORAGE OPTIONS

If you are in the middle of a renovation or purchasing a new home, Palm Beach Regency can help you arrange storage options for your items and delivery of any pieces purchased from Palm Beach Regency to the storage location. Storage and delivery fees are paid directly to third party providers.

PACK AND SHIP

Once an item is purchased, Palm Beach Regency can arrange for third party packing and shipping services via UPS or FedEx for items that are eligible based on size and weight.
