Long distance shipping is handled on behalf of Palm Beach Regency by a third-party, white glove delivery service, uShip. uShip is a shipping marketplace that operates as a bidding platform and connects us with shippers delivering across the country.

Your shipping price is calculated and paid for during the checkout process on our website.

Upon purchase, your order is listed to the uShip platform. Typically, a shipper is identified within a few days for locations along regular delivery routes. For farther locations, it can take up to a week to identify a shipper.

Once a shipper is identified, we email you to confirm the shipper’s contact information. We also email you as soon as your piece is picked up from our Warehouse. Upon pickup, the shipper will contact you to work out a specific delivery date and time. Responsibility for the goods transfers to the delivery provider at the time of pickup from our Warehouse or Showroom.

Delivery time to most locations within the United States is about two weeks to a month depending upon delivery location, order date and the schedule of the shipper.

Freight delivery service providers pickup at Palm Beach Regency then pack and ship out freight to curb. All details and paperwork for international shipments are handled by the third-party company.

For international shipping only, the third party service provider is paid directly upon delivery by the client, meaning delivery is not charged at the time of purchase.
