  • ARE ALL YOUR PIECES VINTAGE?

    Ninety-nine percent of the furniture and décor in our shop is vintage. We do come across the occasional fabulous piece that fits in the signature Palm Beach Regency style. We do our best to label those pieces as “modern” on the website.

  • WHAT YEAR VINTAGE ARE YOUR PIECES?

    Technically we define vintage as anything older than 20 years. Most of our pieces are from the 60s, 70s and 80s with some wonderful finds from the 40s, 50s and even the 90s thrown in for good measure.

  • WHAT DOES "NICE AS FOUND VINTAGE CONDITION" MEAN?

    This is our way of saying, “Hey, this item is vintage so it’s not going to be perfect!” Possible scuffs, scrapes and chips might be present. Upholstery might be a bit worn. We do our best to take close photos of any wear on pieces.

  • HOW CLEAN ARE PIECES SOLD?

    When every piece comes in, we take the time to wash down and lightly zhuzh it so it’s ready to be sold in “nice as found vintage condition.”

  • DO YOU REHAB PIECES?

    We occasionally come across a piece so unique or rare that’s worth some extra attention. Overall, we sell our pieces in “nice as found condition” giving you the opportunity to customize, refinish or paint to your style if desired. That also allows us to keep our prices fair.

  • CAN PIECES BE REFINISHED AND / OR PAINTED?

  • IS ALL OF YOUR INVENTORY ON YOUR WEBSITE?

    Ninety-nine percent of our inventory is on our website. We do have some pieces with white tags that we only sell in store. These pieces might need a little more love, so we’ve decided it’s best to buy in person.

  • HOW MANY NEW ARRIVALS DO YOU GET A WEEK?

    On average we get between 60-80 new arrivals a week. Sometimes more! I hope this explains why we always look like our hair is on fire.

  • WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR PIECES?

    Under ever rock and in every nook and cranny between here and there. We do source across the United States. But seriously, you don’t expect us to give away all our secrets, right?

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    All sales are final.

  • DO YOU HAVE A TRADE PROGRAM OR DISCOUNTS FOR DESIGNERS?

    We have the PBR Trade Program, so design professionals should apply now. Discounts may be determined on a piece-by-piece basis or offered based on purchase volume. If you’re a designer interested in working with us on a current or future project, please apply or email us at hello@palmbeachregency.com.

  • WILL YOU HOLD A PIECE FOR ME?

    Since we sell in store and on our website, Instagram, and other online platforms, it’s very difficult for us to hold an item as it could sell at any time.

  • ARE YOU HIRING?

  • WILL YOU BUY MY STUFF?

    We’re always buying! We purchase inventory outright, not on consignment. If you have items to sell, please email photos to inventory@palmbeachregency.com.
