Since we sell in store and on our website and Instagram. It’s very difficult for us to hold an item as it could sell at any time. Act fast as our pieces sell quickly!

We occasionally come across a piece so unique or rare that it’s worth some extra attention. Overall, we sell our pieces in “nice as found condition” giving you the opportunity to customize, refinish or paint to your style if desired.

Ninety-nine percent of our inventory is on our website. We do have some pieces called “white tags” that we only sell in store. These pieces might need a little more love, so we’ve decided it’s best to buy in person.

On average we get between 60-80 new arrivals a week. Sometimes more! This explains why we always look like our hair is on fire!

Ninety-nine percent of the furniture and décor in our shop is vintage. We do come across the occasional fabulous piece that fits in the signature Palm Beach Regency style. We do our best to label those pieces as“modern” on the website.

As is industry standard, we define vintage as anything older than 20 years. Most of our pieces are from the 60s, 70s and 80s with some wonderful finds from the 40s, 50s and even the 90s thrown in for good measure.

This is our way of saying, “Hey, this item is vintage so it’s not going to be perfect!” Possible scuffs, scrapes and chips might be present. Upholstery might be a bit worn. We take extra care to take close photos of any wear on pieces.

When every piece comes in, we take the time to completely wash down and zhuzh it so it’s ready to be sold in “nice as found vintage condition.”

Long distance shipping is handled on behalf of Palm Beach Regency by a third-party, white glove delivery service, uShip. uShip is a shipping marketplace that operates as a bidding platform.

Your shipping price is calculated and paid for during the checkout process on our website.
