Round Top Guide Part Two: Let's Eat + Drink
After long days slinging vintage at Blue Hills, we’re ready for some delicious din. Relaxing meals and a few good cocktails keep us going! Luckily, Round Top and the surrounding towns have no shortage of charming spots. Here are some of my favorites.
Famous for their pies, Royer’s is a Round Top institution. The dining room is cozy, and the menu is pure comfort. If you’re looking for the heart and soul of small-town Texas, this is it.
For a stylish evening or a break from BBQ, Lulu’s is the place. Housed in a historic building with chic interiors, the homemade pasta is so good. The vibe is refined yet relaxed.
Live music, craft beer, and a lively crowd make The Stone Cellar a great stop after a day of shopping. Their menu is casual, with plenty of shareable bites. Stay for the music, and you’ll see why it’s a Round Top favorite.
Round Top Coffee Shop, Round Top
This is where you’ll want to start your day! Try a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast taco. Strong coffee, homemade pastries, and friendly faces set the tone for treasure hunting ahead. It’s small but always buzzing with dealers and shoppers gearing up for the fields.
Located in a beautifully restored space, Round Top Brewing pours excellent craft beers, wine on tap. The menu has comfort food like sandwiches, burgers, tacos and queso. Their outdoor patio is perfect for unwinding with friends while listening to live music.
A true Texas steakhouse with a small-town feel, JW is where locals go. Don’t skip the onion rings or the homemade desserts. It’s worth the short drive from Round Top when you’re craving a classic steak dinner or a Texas classic, chicken fried steak.
Tex-Mex is a Texas road trip essential, and Los Patrones delivers. From sizzling fajitas and combo plates to strong margaritas, it’s casual, flavorful, and just right after a long day at the show.
Whether you’re hunting antiques or simply soaking up the charm of Round Top, these restaurants and watering holes add to the magic. Good food, good drinks, and good company—just the way we like it!
See y’all soon at Blue Hills from October 4 to 18. Happy Hunting!
XO Korinne
